I/ BOOKING
All booking requests must be accompanied by a down payment + booking fee (if applicable) and imply the acceptation of the general booking terms. The reservation will be effective upon receipt of a written confirmation from the Camping du Lac. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. A booking is personal and cannot be passed on.
II/ PAYMENT
1- Booking fee: 10€ per rental or pitch. The booking fee is offered for a camping pitch if you arrive before 14th July or after 15th August. In case of cancellation, this fee is non-refundable.
2- Down payment / remainder :
Studio & Lodge rental:
– early bookings: 25% + booking fee upon booking and the rest 30 days before arrival.
– late bookings (a month or less before arrival): the total amount is due upon booking.
Camping pitches :
– Early bookings: pay 25% + booking fee now and the rest at the latest upon arrival.
– Late bookings (a month or less before arrival): the total amount is due upon booking.
III/ CANCELLATION
1- Unused services : In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be made and the full stay remains due.
2- Cancellation (outside specific insurance): If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more before arrival, the 25% down payment and the booking fees are kept. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, the total amount is due.
3- Cancellation on our behalf : If the cancellation is made by the campsite, outside cases of force majeure leading to a cancellation for security reasons, the total fees will be refunded. Nevertheless, no compensation will be granted.
4- Insurance cover in case of cancellation or early departure ; upon reservation you have the possibility to subscribe a cancellation insurance with our partner Campez-Couvert (2.9% of the total cost of your stay) to cover all or part of your stay. In case of cancellation, inform the campsite by post or email as soon as the event occurs. If the event is covered by the insurance (see conditions on Campez-Couvert website or with the campsite), contact the insurance within 48h with the relevant documents.
IV/ YOUR STAY
1- Camping pitch : arrivals take place between 3:00 and 7:00 pm ; departures before noon. An extra night will be charged in case of late departure. In case of late arrival, you must inform the campsite. Pitches are kept up to 24h after the due arrival date, after which they are longer reserved.
2- Studio or Lodge rental : 2 safety deposits will be asked upon arrival : one of €350 for the rented unit and one of €50 for the end cleaning of the Studio or Lodge Nature or €70 for the Lodge Confort. In low season, arrivals take place the day of your choice for minimum 2 nights. An appointment is necessary for the key handling. In July and August, arrivals take place Saturdays between 4 and 7pm. You must inform the campsite in case of late arrival. Rentals are kept up to 24 hours after the due date of arrival, after which they are no longer reserved. The customer must check the accommodation upon arrival and report any defect before noon the following day. Departures take place on appointment between 8:30 and 10:00 am. The accommodation must be left perfectly clean and any damage will be charged to the customer. Should the safety deposits not be sufficient, the customer will have to pay any justified expenses.
3- Rules & regulations : Anyone staying on the campsite must comply with its rules and regulations. Silence must be respected between 11pm and 7am. Speed is limited to 10km and motor vehicles are forbidden between 11pm and 7am.
The swimming pool is not supervised and children must be accompanied by an adult. Shorts are strictly forbidden in the pool.
Pets (except Cat. I & II dogs) are allowed on site (except in our rentals) upon presentation of their health passport. They must be kept on lead and never left unattended in cars or on pitches. No pet allowed in the studios nor Lodges. Visitors may enter the site after being authorized by reception and remain under their host’s responsibility. They must park their vehicle outside and are not allowed to use the campsite facilities (pool, showers etc).
Make sure you are insured. The campsite cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to your property due to fire or bad weather conditions.
During your stay, you might be photographed or filmed and appear on our publicity. If you do not wish so, please notify us by registered letter with a copy of your ID.
V/ Litigation
In case of litigation, every customer can contact a consumer mediator within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint. It must be sent to this profesionnal by registered letter with proof of receipt.

Cooling off period :
In accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, none of the services and provisions proposed on this site are subject to the cooling-off period stipulated in articles L.121-20 and following, of the French Consumer Act.
Consequently, the accommodation and leisure services ordered on the site are exclusively subject to the above cancellation conditions.
